No Equipment, No Fuss Anywhere Session!
Here's an example of an upper body session that can be completed anywhere, any time with no equipment needed! Loads of variations of these movements to suit all levels of fitness. Just pick a few that you can do and put them together to create your own "anywhere sesh". I recommend a simple format such as Decline push-ups - 3 x sets of 10 x reps Leg raises - 3 x sets of 10 x reps Regular push-ups - 3 x sets of 10 x reps Reverse Crunches - 3 x sets of 10 x reps Push-ups on knees - 3 x sets of 10 x reps Crunches - 3 x sets of 10 x reps Adjust movements and sets and reps volumes according to ability and remember, it doesnt need to be super comlicated! Great results come from doing the basics well and consistently! Enjoy!
