The Shortcut to your Dream Physique...

Work. Perserverance.

That is the shortcut. That is the ONLY shortcut.

There are more or less efficient ways to work, and there are more or less effective strategies to maintain motivation and consistency.


The foolproof analogy I use to outline the process of achievement is that to get from A to B you will always need a MAP:

- Motivation

- Application

- Patience


Without these 3 fundamental principles present, success does not occur.

Not in fitness, not in business, not in relationships, social networks, learning or any other aspect of life I can think of.

It's also not linear as it appears here, it is a cycle. Once patience starts to wear thin you may have to revisit the motivations stage and go through the entire cycle several times to achieve and give goal.

Now for the good news...


Once you ACCEPT that these principles are the quickest "quick-fix" available to you and put them into action, you will very likely be surprised how fast you will progress on the path to your goals and how quickly significant improvements will come to you.
